About me

I worked for more than ten years in the Human Resources departments of various international companies. In 2003 I performed a career u-turn to become a teacher and went back to university. I’ve been a language teacher since 2006. I really love my job, the contact with the students and their parents. These relationships help me grow as a human being and progress in my own life.

However I’ve quickly discovered that the Public Education systems all over the world while attempting to meet the 21st century challenges are doing so the way they always have been doing since decades. The Education as we know it is slow to open to new teaching approaches, news technologies, cultural exchanges… “allienating millions of kids who are left standing there and asking themselves what’s the point in all this?” (Sir Ken Robinson). I, myself, have met with many teenagers and their families over the years who were lost, unable to find their place. As some point they all want to discover their inner talents, which sometimes are buried deep down. Unfortunately the circumstances are not created in order for these resources to show.

Because I wanted to help students and people discover their inner talents as well as mine too, I decided to follow the comprehensive Coaching Training Program at Coaching Ways. The program provided me with the ICF certification based on the 11 core competencies of coaching. Coaching can show how to reconnect to your inner self, it can bring you so much in terms of understanding struggles, obstacles and resilience process.

Why would you subscribe to student or life coaching sessions? Well, when it comes to following a student coaching program, individual or professionnal or even group coaching sessions, it helps restore motivation, harmony and self-acceptance.

You are the expert of your life, professionnal or personal, maybe in some domains that you ignore, and I can help you understand yourself better and make you find the hidden power inside you. Sometimes, you just need a little help to move your life around from good to great.

“What is an Extraordinary Life? A life of meaning, a magnificent life, a life of joy, happiness, love, passion, success, and fulfillment. Life experienced on your terms.” (Tony Robbins).

Do not hesitate to contact me via the form here below or send me an email explaining rapidly why you wish to contact me. I will get back to you as soon as possible. The first preliminary consultation (usually over the phone or via Skype) is free and without obligation.

Individual coaching

Individual coaching (or life coaching) is a life-changing experience, a trigger to change and personal development. Coaching is different from mentoring, consulting, therapy. It focuses mainly on the future, addressing specific personal projects, whether in your personal or professional life, and helping you identify and understand your ideal situation.

The focus of the coach-client based relationship resides in listening and getting you from where you are to you where you want to get. Life coaching sessions are about YOU succeeding to move through life transitions in order for YOU to find fulfillment in your life and/or enhance your career.

In other words it is about TAKING ACTIONS. And I can help you gain awareness while accompanying you all the way to achieve the agreed-upon results.

If you decide to follow coaching sessions you will learn to have faith in yourself, to be in harmony with some aspects of your personal/professional life, to overcome the obstacles that prevent you to follow through. At the end of the process you will be able to make choices that matter to you because finally you will have learned to listen to your needs and to follow your heart…

Student coaching

Student coaching is a personalized educational support aiming at developping reflexivity in anticipation of change. It also optimizes the student’s potential to manage his/her own education, projects, course choices. The difficulties and failures that are a direct result hereof, do not have to be inevitable. Over the years I’ve been witnessing the pain of these students and their families ; their suffering is very real. Taking the decision to contact a coach in order to seek support may be the opportunity to change. It is about finding the key to stop the vicious circle of failure and find the appropriate tools to gain back confidence.

Creation is an important and very personal process. Creating is about being capable of exploring your options, adapting and finding yourself, and during coaching sessions you will learn to win over your creativity.

Learning requires to take risks ; failures are part of life experiences, you cannot avoid them. But the challenge is to reconnect yourself to the natural learner in each and every one of us, in order for the learning process to become exciting, stimulating and motivating again.

Progressing is about giving yourself the means to take actions in order to regain the confidence that you lost, the self-esteem that you thought you would not get back. These are all necessary steps on your path to personal development.

As a coach I can help you uncover you inner strength. You will learn to size yourself up, you will discover learning methods that are right for you. By getting to know who you really are as a learner, you will feel empowered again… In all autonomy you will learn to stand on your own two feet…

As a coach I also accompany the families because you too, as family members, feel helpless and suffer from this kind of situation. The process of student coaching is about finding the keys and solutions to get back serenity, peace of mind and confidence.
